The ganache center of each truffle is crafted with our 70% organic, fair trade, soy-free chocolate, a splash of Vermont heavy cream, and infused with ingredients like organic vanilla beans & Vermont maple syrup. No shortcuts, and you can taste it. The truffles are then dipped in the same organic dark chocolate and decorated for flavor distinction.

Each truffle begins with silky ganache made from 71% organic, direct trade dark chocolate and Vermont heavy cream, gently infused with locally roasted espresso and ground cardamom. Then each piece is enrobed in the same deep-cocoa dark chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of cardamom.
