Dark Chocolate Freeze Dried Strawberry Truffles

The ganache center of each truffle is crafted with our 71% organic, direct trade, soy-free chocolate, a splash of Vermont heavy cream, and infused with organic freeze dried strawberries (pulverized and steeped in the cream, as well as decorating each truffle). The truffles are then dipped in the same organic dark chocolate.
